Brain Fog
Definition
An everyday name for trouble thinking clearly: poor focus, mental fatigue, forgetfulness. It is a description of how something feels, not a diagnosis. Dr. Laara’s work looks at blood sugar, sleep, hormones, stress and nutrition as factors that may play a part.
